The minimum order is 20 pieces for each size of each type. |

Do you offer custom produce? |

| TSurely we do because we are manufacturer. We definitely can make the products according to your own designs. For each single type of custom product, the MOQ is 300pcs/design, if you want we can also design for you, you are able to take the free samples after paying the deposit. |

| As for the custom product , how long will it take you to deliver the products after we placing the order? |

Normally it takes 21 days, but for some special type of products, we can deliver the goods in 28 days. |

What are your shipping methods? |

| We use both the express DHL and the express UPS. With these companies the goods are insured since they leave our office in Guangzhou, China. We provide a tracking number so that you can monitor your package through the website of the company you have chosen. |

To which countries do you ship? What would be the shipping cost to my country? |

| We ship to anywhere in the world and we charge a flat rate of $30USD on orders between $200USD and $500USD. On orders over $500USD we only charge $50USD regardless of the size of your order. |

How long I will be receiving the goods? |

| We normally take between two and four days to process each order. You will be receiving your goods in three to six working days depending on where you live. |
